Friendly attentive staff, had fine stay!!!

The room was pet-friendly and contemporary with view. The hotel was set in a very central area very close to the conference centre, Harrogate for a birthday celebration and Harlow Carr within walking distance through a beautiful park. 

Great location, pubs and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. Nice places to eat close, pubs and restaurants.

A cosy double room for 2 bedside tables has basic facilities you need. Our hotel is set in a very central location really close to the shops, cafes, pubs and restuarants Harrogate has to offer as well as everything-restaurants, the 

Truly exceptional hotel with an amazing design concept and an exceptional value. Brand-new and nicely furnished room plus an iron and air conditioning. The service was excellent here.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in cosy double room with a writing table, a high ceiling, and a lounge area. Very central location, good home base for discovering Harrogate.

Our stay was perfectly pleasant, enjoyed extensive and plentiful breakfasts.

Overall the room was well-maintained with lovely decor, the bedroom and shower. The service was very efficient, that made the hotel good looking place. The location was perfect and incredible, you can visit Royal Hall 

It was a great and fab location close enough to the center of Harrogate, across the road from the Royal Baths and the main attractions. Moreover, it was 2 km from Harrogate Convention Centre.

This is a hotel go-to for Harrogate! The units were reasonably priced and nicely furnished with view.

Incredible location in an excellent area near to the international convention centre as well as bus stations. Situated only 1 km from Mercer Gallery.

Gorgeous hotel with freshly decorated rooms, friendly staff, good prices. The rooms with iron/ironing board and complimentary toiletries, for instance. Marvellous location close to everything in an absolutely stunning area. Again, walking distance to Turkish Baths 

I thoroughly enjoyed being there, the place is great modern and wonderful relaxing.

Lovely beds and a lounge area, heating, and coffee. Good choice of food available in the dining room. Experienced employees who was possibly the manager. Lovely quiet area, very central location short walk to restaurants and all the sightseeing 

We were given top-class and brand-new rooms with good mattress and delightful view plus redecoration of the bedrooms.

We had a perfect 10/10 stay with a great night at the royal hall.

Hotel's location was particularly good, keen on the flooring in the main public areas. We had room which had a lounge area, heating and coffee and was nice cozy and well-maintained.
